Foundation

In 2000 the Museum of the Printing Arts Leipzig was formally reconstituted as a private foundation.

Founders are Mrs. Verena von Mitschke-Collande and the Giesecke & Devrient company. The foundation is sponsored by the State of Saxony and the city of Leipzig as well as by the graphic industry in Germany.
