In the 1. floor of the Museum can be visited a Handcraft bookbindery. Once all the machines and devices belonged to the bookbindery Holm in Munich. Edith Holm and her partner Irmgard Meyenberg founded the bookbindery in 1936 and gave it up only in 1997.

In 2006 the whole workshop came as a gift to the museum. Still you can find everthing that is needed for binding books by hand. During courses and workshops the bookbindery is still active for the visitors.
